The Senior Analyst – Dealer Recognition & Events supports the Sales Development department by designing, implementing, and evaluating dealer employee recognition and sales event programs. This role analyzes program performance using multiple data sources, develops recommendations to improve program effectiveness, manages budgets and project timelines, collaborates with internal stakeholders, prepares executive presentations, and provides administrative support including purchase order creation and meeting planning.

- Analyze data from multiple sources to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop recommendations to enhance recognition and event initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Ensure program alignment with business objectives
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and key milestones
- Create presentations and reports for senior leadership
- Develop purchase orders and assist with vendor coordination
- Coordinate meetings, logistics, and administrative activities
- Support additional departmental initiatives as assigned
