Job Details
Program Financial Management
Develop, maintain, and analyze program budgets, forecasts, and EACs; track actuals vs. budget and identify variance root causes.
Partner with Program Managers to monitor cost, schedule, and financial performance; prepare monthly reviews and variance analyses.
Support revenue recognition and contract accounting per company policies.
Forecasting & EAC Management
Lead monthly EAC processes; validate labor, material, subcontractor, and overhead forecasts while challenging assumptions.
Identify and quantify program risks and opportunities; maintain accurate backlog, bookings, sales, and margin forecasts.
Operational Analysis
Analyze labor utilization, productivity, absorption, and manufacturing metrics; monitor inventory, WIP, and material usage trends.
Support make-versus-buy decisions, cost reduction initiatives, and margin improvement opportunities.
Reporting & Business Partnering
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations; provide ad hoc analysis to Program Management, Operations, and Leadership.
Support customer, internal audits, and contract compliance reviews; drive continuous improvement in forecasting and reporting processes.
