Job Description
Required Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic)
- Six Sigma
- 3 years' experience with manufacturing quality, manufacturing engineering, or equivalent
- Experience with 8D problem solving methodology, tool utilization (i.e. 5Why, fishbone (cause and effect), etc.)
- Fluent in English
- Six Sigma knowledge and experience highly desired
- Experience on ESD
- The Quality Excellence of the Offers delivered to the customers
- The Quality Excellence of Supply Chain (from Supplier to Customers)
- The timely and effectively management of customer containment actions (Business Risk Escalation, Offer Safety Alerts…) Main activities - In charge of the Quality of one or several sectors
- Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
- Challenge supervisors to identify and manage risks in a preventive mode - Be the local expert of the traceability system for the manufacturing floor.
- Lead Process Audits and Process FMEAs
- Create and maintain quality control documentation, insure related training and application in the sector
- Lead continuous improvement on its perimeter
- Lead containment actions, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving on his sector
- Be a member of the Short Interval Management (of the production lines)
- Provide solutions to increase Customer Satisfaction
- Provide inputs and challenge about quality for new evolution, contribute to process/control capability implementation
- Be the local expert of the assembled products in his sector
