Job Description
Required Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Physics, CS, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience (internships count towards this).
- Controls Software Development/Testing: Hands-on experience with machine controls and software
- Machine/Vehicle-Level Engineering: Experience in performance, controls, testing, or simulation at the whole-machine level
- Mining Truck Application Knowledge: Familiarity with how mining trucks operate and are used
- Excellent Project Management
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication
- Pro-active Problem Solving
- Expertise in Caterpillar's Dynasty tool
- Understanding of Autonomous operations
- Knowledge of Caterpillar Large Mining Trucks at a system integration level
- No Bachelor's Degree (Automatic Disqualifier)
- Lack of the required 5-7 years of experience in controls, machine performance, or testing
- Inability to work on-site in Tucson, AZ
