- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to travel locally to multiple sites within the assigned region
- Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) systems for ticketing, inventory tracking, and documentation
- Experience with endpoint management including hardware, firmware, and peripheral support
- Hands-on experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for IT systems and integrated components
- Experience installing and configuring physical networking equipment
- Knowledge of monitoring and supporting network circuits and connectivity
- Ability to manage and maintain desktop productivity tools and applications
- Strong documentation and reporting skills for technical processes and activities
- Experience with SCCM and Zoho Endpoint Central
- Familiarity with Service Desk Plus or similar ITSM platforms
- Experience with Cisco and Meraki networking equipment
- Exposure to MS Teams phone systems
- Experience supporting site-specific or enterprise-level applications
- Provides regional technical support for site-specific IT systems and infrastructure
- Acts as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure seamless technology operations
- Supports endpoint management, application functionality, and network infrastructure
- Ensures system security, compliance, and operational efficiency through proactive maintenance and automation
- Travels locally to provide on-site technical assistance and support business needs

- Networking experience with Cisco and Meraki equipment is essential
- Candidate must be comfortable with on-call rotation (infrequent)
- Ability to troubleshoot and support site-specific applications and infrastructure is required
