Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from clients in a professional and timely manner
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, ID cards, coverage questions, and claims follow-ups
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the agency management system
- Follow up on open issues to ensure resolution and client satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with internal team members and insurance carriers
- Provide outstanding customer service that reflects the values and integrity of our agency
- Remain current on industry knowledge, carrier guidelines, and agency policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree a plus)
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain one within a set timeframe)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems, email, and CRM or agency management platforms
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
Salary : $17 - $19
