- Develop work schedules for housekeeping staff to meet occupancy demands and special event requirements
Experience
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and various cleaning products and equipment
- Experience managing a team of housekeeping staff or custodial personnel
- Familiarity with industry standards for cleanliness, safety protocols, and guest service excellence
