What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at 1ST SUMMIT BANK?
- Cleaning & Sanitation: Dust, polish, vacuum, sweep, mop all floors, surfaces, fixtures, and windows.
- Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, restocking toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
- Waste Management: Empty all waste bins and replace liners.
- Ensure all shredded items are properly discarded.
- Supply Management: Monitor and replenishing cleaning materials and essential supplies (e.g., hand sanitizers, paper goods).
- Area Presentation: Ensure communal areas, offices, and workstations are neat, welcoming, and presentable.
- Deep Cleaning: Perform periodic deep cleaning of high-traffic areas.
- Reporting: Alert management to maintenance issues, broken fixtures, or safety hazards.
- Maintain confidentiality.

- Ability to concentrate and perform responsibilities by maintaining a constant state of focus and mental alertness.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to communicate in person, through email or via telephone with tenants and staff members.
- Ability to sit or stand for an extended period.
