We are a leading independent capital markets advisory firm helping public companies broaden and deepen their institutional shareholder base. Through our platform, global institutional investors gain direct access to senior management teams across 100 small- to mega-cap companies globally.
We are seeking a Corporate Engagement & Investor Relations Analyst to join our growing New York team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience, ideally in financial services or event coordination, who is eager to learn and grow in a client-facing role.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Investor Engagement and Meeting Coordination
- Support the planning and execution of investor meetings, non-deal roadshows, and related corporate engagement programs for public company clients.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings by managing schedules, calendars, attendees, venues, catering, transportation, client dinners, and other event logistics.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure meetings, roadshows, expenses, and invoicing support are managed accurately and efficiently.
Data, Reporting, and Team Support
- Track and maintain accurate records of meetings, conferences, and investor engagement activity for clients.
- Ensure data integrity across internal systems and client-related tracking.
- Support other administrative duties, special projects, and team needs as requested by management.
Investor Feedback
- Prepare roadshow feedback documents and related materials for internal teams and clients.
- Track incoming investor feedback and ensure updates are accurately maintained throughout the feedback process.
- Maintain CRM accuracy by ensuring event activity, feedback status, and related client information remain current and organized.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in financial services, investor relations, corporate events, or executive support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects at once.
• Professional and confident communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Willingness to work onsite in New York City.
