Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager based in Philadelphia, PA. The Maintenance Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations, manage and supervise the maintenance team, and ensure the efficient operation of building systems and equipment. Responsibilities include implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, addressing urgent repairs, and maintaining high standards for safety, functionality, and appearance within the property. The Maintenance Manager will also collaborate with management to develop strategies for optimizing asset performance and longevity.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage a maintenance team
- Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance procedures
- Proficiency in Maintenance Management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks
- Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair for various building systems, ensuring safety and functionality
- Familiarity with safety regulations, building codes, and standard maintenance protocols
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with property management and other teams
- Previous experience in property management, facilities management, or a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems are a plus
