Position: Aircraft Cabinet Maker/Finisher
Location: Mena Intermountain Airport – Mena, AR

Based at the Mena Intermountain Airport in Mena, Arkansas, we specialize in comprehensive, one-stop solutions for Avionics, Maintenance, and Interior and Exterior Refurbishments for Private, Corporate, and Government aircraft.
As our company continues to grow, we are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our team. We are committed to delivering top-tier service to our customers and are currently hiring an Aircraft Cabinet Maker/Finisher at our Mena, AR facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble a wide range of aircraft interior components such as cabinets, galleys, bulkheads, desks, and entertainment units, following detailed blueprints and drawings.
- Select and source appropriate materials, equipment, and tools necessary for assigned tasks.
- Fabricate custom jigs and fixtures as needed to support cabinet construction and finishing processes.
- Design and shape specialized molding and trim to conform to the aircraft’s interior contours.
- Safely and effectively operate power tools and other equipment to complete projects.
- Apply spray finishes and perform high-quality finishing work on cabinetry and interior elements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the team and projects.
Physical Requirements:
- Clear vision and hearing
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to climb, bend, twist, crouch, stoop, kneel, and crawl
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Capable of working in various weather conditions as needed
- Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 70 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (Required)
- Valid driver’s license (Required)
- Must pass a pre-employment and random drug screening
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Minimum of 6 months of related experience is preferred
