Masonry Finisher Production Worker

Arning Companies, LLC is seeking masonry workers to install brick veneer, thin-brick, and cultured/thin stone on completed modular buildings inside our climate-controlled plant. This is clean, year-round work with steady hours. Perfect for masons who want consistent paychecks without weather delays.

Key Responsibilities

· Lay CMU block backup walls and structural block when required

· Install full-bed brick veneer, thin-brick systems, and adhered stone veneer

· Mix mortar, butter block/brick, maintain consistent joint thickness and plumb walls

· Cut block and brick with wet saws and masonry blades

· Install wall ties, flashing, weep holes, and lintels per drawings

· Grout, tool joints, and clean finished masonry to high appearance standards

· Work from blueprints, elevations, and masonry schedules

· Maintain a clean workstation and properly store materials

· Safely rig and move finished modules with overhead cranes (training provided)

· Meet daily production goals while maintaining top-quality appearance

Required Qualifications

· 3 years of commercial or residential masonry experience

· Proven ability to lay block and brick plumb, level, and to the line

· Experience reading masonry drawings and elevations

· Comfortable working on scaffolds and at heights inside the plant

· Physical ability to lift 80 lbs repeatedly and work on knees or standing all day

· Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, straight masonry work

Preferred Skills

· Thin-brick or adhered veneer system experience (big plus)

· Previous work in modular or plant environment

· Forklift or overhead crane experience
