Role Description
We are seeking a full-time CNC Service Technician for our Eastern WA, ID & MT region. In this role, you will perform maintenance and repair tasks on CNC machinery, provide troubleshooting assistance to resolve technical issues, and deliver exceptional field service support. You will also communicate with clients to ensure their equipment operates at peak efficiency, contributing to their success. Ensuring customer satisfaction through responsive and professional service will be a primary focus of your responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of CNC machinery and related equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with mechanical & electrical systems
- Experience in providing outstanding Field Service and resolving client concerns with professionalism
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on clear communication and relationship-building
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with machining or metrology equipment is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
- Technical training, certifications, or relevant experience in CNC machinery preferred
