WE ARE FIESTA AUTO INSURANCE AND HAVE IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR TO START AS A SALES ASSOCIATE AND QUICKLY BECOME AN INSURANCE AGENT.
THIS OPPORTUNITY PAYS $18 HOURLY WAGE PLUS MORE IMPORTANTLY YOU ALSO GET PAID COMMISSION BASED ON YOUR SALES. THE MORE YOU SELL THE MORE YOU WILL MAKE. OUR INSURANCE AGENTS ARE THE ONLY ONES GETTING PAID COMMISSION ON INSURANCE, TAXES, AND DMV TRANSACTIONS ALL WHILE GETTING $18 /HR.
We are seeking individuals/candidates that are the Following:
PROVIDE WOW LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ALL OUR CLIENTS
MOTIVATED/ HIGH ENERGY/ SELF-STARTER
HIT SALES & REVENUE GOALS ON A WEEKLY AND MONTHLY BASIS
WANTS TO CONTINUALLY LEARN AND GROW WITH IN THE COMPANY
FRIENDLY AND OUTGOING, ENJOY TALKING TO PEOPLE
WANT A LONG TERM CAREER
No previous insurance sales experience required.
You must get your Insurance license within 30 to 45 days from DOH. We also provide support and study materials to help you pass for FREE.
You will also learn how to prepare tax returns. We will help you obtain your tax certifications. There is Tax Commission pay as well. You will also learn how to do DMV transactions and get commission on those transactions as well.
Requirements:
Must be bi-lingual (Fluent in English and Spanish) you will be speaking Spanish 80% of the time to customers.
Willing to work Multiple Locations as needed: Fairfield, Vacaville, and Concord.

Monday-Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm
Saturday-Sunday 09:00am to 4:00pm
Hourly Rate: $18.00 Plus Commission
