Compensation: $18/hr tips
Schedule: MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY, Wednesday-Sunday 12p-6p
Location: 450 Manor Plz, Pacifica, CA 94044
We’re looking for a thoughtful, reliable, and guest-focused Front of House Team Member to join the team at Rosalind Bakery. This role is all about working together to create a warm, efficient, and welcoming environment—for both our guests and each other.
What You’ll Do
- Greet every guest with a positive, friendly attitude
- Take and prepare orders accurately (packing pastries, ringing up purchases, and preparing drinks)
- Keep the counter, condiment station, and dining area clean and stocked throughout the day
- Prepare espresso drinks (training provided)
- Maintain clear and accurate transactions through our POS system
- Follow daily opening and closing routines, including setting up displays and updating signage
- Stay in sync with your teammates, communicating clearly and stepping in where needed
