About Rosalie
Opened in September 2020 inside the historic Wayne Hotel, Rosalie showcases regional Italian cuisine from Executive Chef Merick, formerly of James Beard Award–winning Fresca Food & Wine in Boulder, CO. Rustic, soulful food. Top-notch service. A team that gives a damn.
About the Role
Our runners are the heartbeat of the dining room — welcoming guests with warmth and grace, keeping service moving, and ensuring every table feels taken care of. The ideal candidate is positive, quick, responsible, and a natural team player who can handle multiple tasks with composure and a smile.
What We're Looking For
- A warm, friendly demeanor and genuine love of hospitality
- Competency in steps of service
- Strong knowledge of menu items, including allergen awareness
- Ability to expedite the line and communicate clearly with the kitchen
- Comfortable carrying trays of plates from the kitchen to the table
- Memorization of table and seat numbers
- Professional composure in a fast-paced environment
