Emilia, Chef Greg Vernick's newest restaurant dedicated to the regional cuisines of Italy, opening in January 2026 is seeking Hosts, Bussers, and Food Runners to join our new team.
Candidates should enjoy working in a fast-paced and energetic environment, be eager to learn, and possess a desire to provide genuine hospitality to our guests. Candidates must be reliable, outgoing, organized, and should thrive in a team environment. Must be able to multi-task under pressure and communicate well.

In 2016, Chef/Owner Gregory Vernick was named “Chef of the Year” by the Philadelphia Inquirer and Vernick Food & Drink earned a 4-Bell re-review from restaurant critic Craig Laban who called it the “Best Overall Restaurant” in the city.
