- Prepare IV medications and TPN as required.
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient operations and quality standards.
- Ensure proper medication handling, documentation, and adherence to pharmacy procedures.
- Pharmacist-level expertise to manage medication verification, dispensing oversight, and clinical safety responsibilities.
- Experience with IV and TPN preparation (or ability to perform these tasks competently).
- Leadership and supervisory skills to guide pharmacy technicians.
- Long-term care pharmacy experience is not required.
