The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) provides outpatient medical care across all ages under supervision in a Family Medicine Medical Home setting.
They evaluate, diagnose, treat, and document patient encounters, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cost-effective, personalized care. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans incorporating behavioral health, pharmacy, therapy, nutrition, and surgery, monitoring ongoing care, and referring to specialists as needed.
Work is based at the Prineville Clinic, with a minimum of 40 hours/week, including participation in shared call rotations evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requires a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing, valid licensure, certifications, and outpatient experience. Preferred qualifications include a Doctorate, Oregon licensure, and 2 years' family practice experience. Benefits include competitive salary, health plans, retirement, and paid time off.
