Wine Bar Server

Rosé Boutique & Wine Bar is looking for outgoing, energetic, and hospitality-driven team members to join our growing wine bar team. We are more than just a place to grab a drink — we create experiences centered around wine, community, boutique shopping, and elevated hospitality.

Position Overview

Wine Bar Servers are responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience through knowledgeable wine service, hospitality, attention to detail, and teamwork. This role includes wine service, food service, assisting guests with self-pour wine machines, supporting wine tastings and events, and helping maintain the overall atmosphere and cleanliness of the space.

Weekend availability is required, with opportunities for additional shifts and growth as the business continues to expand.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and guest service
• Guide guests through wine selections, flights, and pairings
• Serve wine, beer, cocktails, charcuterie, and small plates
• Educate guests on wines, tasting notes, and menu offerings
• Assist guests with self-pour wine machines
• Support wine tastings, private events, and special events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, dining, and patio areas
• Accurately process orders and payments through POS system
• Restock wine, retail items, and service stations as needed
• Work closely with management and team members to create a positive atmosphere
• Help promote the boutique and encourage a “sip & shop” experience

Qualifications

• Previous serving, bartending, or hospitality experience preferred
• Wine knowledge is a plus, but willingness to learn is most important
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and guest-focused
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
