Rosé Boutique & Wine Bar is looking for the right person to help us grow the next chapter of our business as we expand into a larger food program. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants more than just a “line cook” position — we’re looking for someone excited to help shape and build something from the ground up.
Our wine bar is known for elevated charcuterie, whipped ricotta dips, wine-focused experiences, and a welcoming atmosphere in the heart of downtown Loveland. As we continue to grow, we are adding more small plates and shareable menu items, and we want someone who is excited to put their own stamp on this new adventure.
Position Overview
This role will initially focus on Friday and Saturday shifts, with the opportunity for additional days and expanded responsibilities as the food program grows. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced but fun hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate menu items with consistency and attention to presentation
- Assist in developing and executing new small plates and seasonal menu ideas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
- Manage prep lists, inventory, and food rotation
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times
- Work closely with ownership and management to help grow the food program
- Help create an efficient kitchen workflow as operations expand
- Assist with ordering and keeping inventory stocked and organized
- Contribute ideas for specials, pairings, and event menus
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a small kitchen environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Passion for hospitality, food, and guest experience
- Interest in wine and food pairings is a plus
