Seeking an experienced Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain production equipment in a liquid dye manufacturing facility. This role includes hands-on mechanical, electrical, and automation work on mixers, pumps, bead mills, conveyors, and other industrial machinery. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, mechanically skilled, and able to troubleshoot in a demanding industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Replace bearings, motors, seals, and gearboxes.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Diagnose issues with PLCs, sensors, and VFDs.
- Read schematics and technical manuals.
- Follow all plant safety procedures including LOTO.
- Document repairs and maintenance performed.
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience with rotating equipment and bearing replacement.
- Basic automation and control system knowledge.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in hot, dirty, and industrial environments.
- High school diploma or GED required.
