We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, leadership-driven MDS Coordinator - Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee our resident assessment instrument (RAI) process, clinical documentation, and care planning workflows.

Position Summary

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: Starting annual salary of $100,000 - $105,000
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package included (Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, and more)
• Reports To: Director of Nursing / Facility Administrator

Job Qualifications & Requirements

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in this state.
• Knowledge and experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
