Availability
Monday-Thursday 10-12 hour shifts, weather dependent
Some Friday Saturday shifts may be required at times.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Crew Leader Specific Responsibilities
- Assigning work tasks to crew members.
- Leading by example
- Perform daily work fairly this is not a "I'm just going to ride the mower" type of crew leader position.
- Monitoring work quality within your crew
- Work with field supervisor to improve production
- Ensuring crew safety
- Continued training and coaching of crew members
- General lawn and landscape maintenance
- Reporting any upsell opportunities
- Maintaining key accounts.
Crew Responsibilities / Functions
- Mowing grass
- Using a weed eater
- Driving a truck and trailer
- Trimming hedges
- Using a stick edger
- Maintaining equipment
- Installing mulch
- Pulling weeds
- Leaf removal
- Etc.
Additional Work Opportunities
- Christmas light instillation Crew Leader / Crew Member
- Irrigation repair Technician
- Fertilization and Weed Control Technician

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
