Job Responsibilities (varies by role)
- Lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing)
- Landscape installation and contracting work
- Pruning, planting, pine straw, mulch, and seasonal services
- Irrigation system installation, maintenance, and repairs (irrigation roles)
- Operating landscaping tools and equipment
- Heavy equipment operation (for qualified operators)
- Leading crews and managing job sites (crew leader roles)
- Ensuring quality work and safety standards are met
What We’re Looking For
