Responsibilities
- Operate lawn mowers and grounds maintenance equipment to cut grass and maintain landscaping with precision and safety.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging to enhance aesthetic appeal.
- Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to communicate to management for proper care and health.
- Assist with snow plowing and winter maintenance tasks during seasonal changes to keep outdoor spaces accessible and safe year-round.
Experience.
- Experience operating grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently is essential for success in this position.
- Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or horticulture is helpful.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards is required.
