We are looking for a FT/PT Receptionist/Spa Coordinator, ideally with a minimum of 1 year relevant experience who is looking to grow “roots” with us !Roots Wellness and Med Spa is a medical aesthetics and wellness clinic located in the desirable area of Channelside in Tampa Bay. Roots strives to be the perfect blend of wellness and aesthetics where we encourage subtle ways to enhance natural beautiful features and promote preventive and deeper rooted treatments to come at aging from all angles. At Roots we strive to not only provide our patients with the best services on the market but also educate and promote a wellness lifestyle that will keep the aging process and chronic illness at bay. Must have a positive approachable attitude and interpersonal skills. Schedule Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday 9-7 , Rotating Saturdays 9-3Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly approachable attitude as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Scheduling appointments efficiently, make follow-up appointments, and call clients to confirm appointments
  • Assist with day-to-day operations / organization with rest of staff
  • Explain and educate clients on packages/ recommended treatment plans
  • Educate patients on aesthetics services and promote wellness services
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable and necessary forms and brochures are available
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Assisting in keeping of inventory
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Adhere to all policies and regulations

Requirements:

  • High school degree
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Relevant experience in industry preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
