Medical Receptionist – Revive Primary Care & Med Spa

We’re looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist who can deliver exceptional service in a busy, team-driven environment. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out with efficiency and professionalism
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using eClinicalWorks (ECW)
- Verify insurance benefits and eligibility through payer portals and document results
- Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system while prioritizing urgent needs
- Process payments, collect co-pays, and handle billing-related inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Communicate effectively with providers and staff to keep patient flow running smoothly
- Assist with patient questions about services, procedures, and general office information
- Provide administrative support as needed to keep the office operating at its best
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of medical front desk experience (primary care preferred)
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (ECW) is required
- Experience checking insurance benefits and eligibility online
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and a genuine passion for helping patients
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to support wherever needed
