Client Experience Specialist (CES) Job Posting
The Roots team is seeking a Rockstar Client Experience Specialist (aka Administrative Assistant) to help us grow!
The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, a flexible and dynamic personality, takes initiative and is intrinsically motivated to succeed. We're looking for someone with attention to detail, prior administrative or customer service experience, organizational and technological skills.
Most importantly, the ideal candidate genuinely enjoys connecting with people, maintains professionalism at all times, and is an excellent team player.
This is a 32h full-time hourly position with flexibility for the right candidate. 3 years of experience related to project management, administrative, customer service and/or technological skills required. Formal education and/or a well-rounded resume of experiences is preferred. Our CES will become familiar with and must be fully aligned with Roots Structure, Mission, Core Values and Services provided.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Effectively communicating with current and potential Roots clients
- Working together with providers to accomplish our company’s goals
- Filling and managing providers’ schedules
- Communicating with and maintaining relationships with referring providers
- Checking people in, answering questions, helping to problem-solve
- Keeping our space neat, tidy and clean
- Managing data with respect to privacy and confidentiality
- Researching and creating working systems for client management
- Creating and sharing educational and promotional materials as needed
- Community-based outreach

Our CES will work both independently and in collaboration with Roots team members and will report directly to Dr. Amy Smith, PT DPT, founder and co-owner of Roots.
