Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and highly motivated Aesthetic Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our medical professionals with patient care, procedures, and some administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical spa or similar aesthetic environment, functional medicine and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with providers with patient consultations, assessments, and treatment preparation
- Ensure all patient records and documentation are accurate and up to date
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation at all times
- Educate patients about pre and post-treatment care instructions
- Ensure smooth operation of daily activities, including appointment scheduling and customer service
- Maintain a welcoming, comfortable, and professional atmosphere for clients
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic medicine
- Assist with FibroScan for liver disease
- Give IM injections
- Monitor patients on vitamin supplement IV’s
- Assist with metabolic health program
- Answer patient questions regarding skincare products and make up sold in house
- Taking basic vitals on patients being roomed
- General knowledge of vitamins and supplements
- Draw blood for PRFM treatments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a medical assistant or aesthetician, preferably in a med spa or function medicine setting
- Ability to perform IM injections
- Knowledge of Metabolic Health medications
- Knowledge of skincare products and treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on patient care and satisfaction
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Passion for aesthetics & wellness and helping clients achieve their goals
- Phlebology skills
Hours- Monday thru Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
