Schedule: Part-time | 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM | 4 days/week
Pay: Starting at $16/hr performance bonuses

Position Overview
This is more than a traditional front desk role. We’re looking for someone who can help guide clients, support bookings, and create a smooth, welcoming flow in the space.
You’ll be the first point of contact and play a key role in ensuring clients are matched with the right services and continue their care through rebooking and recommendations.
Responsibilities
Client Experience
- Greet clients and create a welcoming, calm environment
- Check clients in and out using booking software
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
Booking Scheduling
- Answer calls, texts, and client inquiries
- Book appointments and match clients with the appropriate therapist
- Help manage daily schedule flow and fill gaps when possible
Client Retention (Key Role)
- Encourage rebooking based on client needs
- Educate clients on services, add-ons, and memberships
- Help create a consistent, high-quality client experience
Ideal Candidate
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
- Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and text)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable guiding conversations and making recommendations
- Able to multitask in a calm, fast-paced environment
- Interest in wellness, massage, or healthcare is a plus
Bonus Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Experience in a spa, clinic, or wellness setting
- Sales or customer service experience
