• Someone obsessed with our clients' well-being and ability to maximize what they’ve worked so hard for

• Experience helping clients reach their retirement goals
• Ability to close warm leads that self-schedule on your calendar
• Experience with Dimensional Fund Advisors and can easily articulate the value of their investment philosophy to clients
• Certified Financial Planner
• Ready to learn—we continually strive to improve our skillset to deliver the best possible experience to clients
• Bonus points: Right Capital and Holistiplan experience

What you'll do:

• Engage directly with clients to best support their financial planning needs
• Follow Root’s internal service schedule to delight your clients through proactive service and attentiveness to their needs
• Work relentlessly to earn clients’ trust
• Oversees client investment, income, and tax strategies, utilizing Root’s proprietary processes to meet all necessary needs and actions
