Part-Time Food Service Team Member – Seasonal Smashburger Concept (Old Forge, NY)
We are seeking dependable, energetic team members to join a new smashburger concept launching in Old Forge, NY. This summer, we will be operating two evenings per week as a pop-up while preparing for a full-time restaurant opening next year.
This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing business and help build something special from the beginning.
Responsibilities
- Taking customer orders and processing payments
- Preparing and assembling food items
- Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
- Stocking and organizing workstations
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Food service experience preferred but not required
Schedule
- Approximately 2 evenings per week during the current season
- Seasonal position with the opportunity to transition into a larger role
- Potential for expanded hours and responsibilities as we move toward a full-time operation
