We are hiring a Server Assistant to help keep service running smoothly. In this role, you will support servers, run food, clear and reset tables, and help manage the details that keep the dining room moving. This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to break into the restaurant industry, learn the flow of service, and build a foundation in hospitality.
What You’ll Do
- Assist servers with table maintenance to keep sections clean, stocked, and guest ready
- Run food to tables quickly and accurately while communicating clearly with servers and kitchen team members
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to support the pace of service
- Support the flow of service by helping coordinate food leaving the kitchen and reaching the correct tables
- Anticipate guest needs, including refills, table adjustments, and small details that improve the experience
- Complete assigned sidework and support station organization throughout the shift
- Help maintain a clean, organized dining room and service area
