Our Market features a curated selection of Southern favorites alongside Roost’s signature grab-and-go items, including fresh chicken salads, family-style casseroles, seasonal salads, and specialty goods. The Retail Market Specialist will serve as the face of the Market — creating a welcoming atmosphere, driving sales, and ensuring every guest leaves delighted.
What You’ll Do- Manage daily operations of the Roost Market
- Merchandise and maintain an inviting, organized retail space
- Promote and sell grab-and-go items, giftable goods, and seasonal features
- Build meaningful relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits
- Educate customers on Roost products, catering options, and market offerings
- Track inventory and coordinate restocking
- Support in-store promotions, tastings, and special events
- Work collaboratively with restaurant leadership and team members
