Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst, located in New York, NY. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements, develop solutions, and improve business processes. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, conducting data analysis, preparing reports, and supporting project execution and decision-making to align with organizational goals.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Experience in comprehensive business analysis and identifying business needs
- Proficiency in documenting and managing business processes and workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights and practical solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Familiarity with tools for data analysis and project management is beneficial
