Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field (Construction Management, Business Administration or Marketing)
• 5 years experience in construction sales (commercial and/or residential)
• 2 years experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Director
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage a structured sales team (not commission-only)
• Experience coordinating with operations, estimating, and project management
• Ability to manage pipelines, forecasts, and sales reporting
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
