Roofing Sales & Project Manager

R&S Roofing & Construction is looking for motivated, competitive people who want to build a career, control their income, and get paid based on performance.

This is a field sales and project management position. You’ll be meeting homeowners, generating business through door-to-door outreach and networking, performing roof inspections, closing projects, and managing your customers from the first conversation through project completion.

No roofing experience? We’ll teach you roofing, our process, and help you build confidence in the field. Success comes with training, effort, and consistency.

What You’ll Do

● Speak with homeowners to schedule and perform roof inspections and document roofing/storm damage

● Present roofing solutions, estimates and contracts professionally

● Build and maintain strong customer relationships

● Manage your projects and keep customers informed through completion

● Represent R&S professionally in the field and in the communities we serve

Who We’re Looking For

Roofing experience is great — but it is not required.

We are more interested in people who are:

● Coachable and willing to learn

● Professional and dependable

● Able to handle rejection without losing momentum

● Organized enough to manage multiple customers and projects

● Hungry to earn more than a traditional hourly or salaried position allows

Experience in door-to-door sales, automotive sales, real estate, solar, pest control, home improvement, construction, insurance-related restoration, fitness sales or other commission-based sales can translate extremely well into this position.

Requirements

● Valid driver’s license

● Reliable transportation

● Smartphone

● Comfortable working outdoors and traveling throughout the Greater Houston area

● Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting

● Strong communication and follow-up skills

● Ability to safely perform roof inspections after proper training

● Must be dependable and accountable for your own results
