Position Overview: As a BCBA at Room for Growth, you will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of behavior intervention programs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including families and other professionals, to deliver evidence-based services tailored to each client's unique needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on thorough assessments.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
- Provide direct supervision and guidance to behavior therapists, BCaBAs, and other team members.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, making data-driven adjustments to intervention strategies as needed.
- Train and support families and caregivers in implementing behavior strategies and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and other relevant information.
- Participate in team meetings, client reviews, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
