Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. This role involves providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Duties
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Conduct behavioral assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments.
- Collect, analyze, and document data accurately to measure client progress and inform treatment adjustments.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions tailored to clients’ needs, focusing on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behaviors.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, medical staff, and family members, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain detailed medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate caregivers and staff on behavioral strategies, data collection techniques, and intervention procedures.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality in all patient interactions and documentation.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
- Experience working with children, individuals with autism spectrum disorder, or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and special education practices.
- Proficiency in data collection, patient assessment, medical terminology, and medical records management.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to perform behavioral health evaluations, conduct diagnostic assessments, and develop treatment plans.
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
