Job DescriptionOverview
We're looking for a reliable and versatile General Labor Assistant to support a wide variety of hands-on tasks. This is a dynamic role that may include light construction support, property maintenance, groundskeeping, restoration support, commercial and residential cleaning, event setup, inventory organization, material handling, errands, and general operational assistance. Every day is different, and we're looking for someone who enjoys variety and is willing to jump in wherever help is needed.
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking team member who takes pride in quality work, maintains a positive attitude, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Perform residential, commercial, post-construction, and general cleaning, ensuring all areas are clean, sanitized, and professionally maintained.
- Execute floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, and maintaining a variety of floor surfaces.
- Launder linens and other items as needed to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Provide custodial and housekeeping support in residential, commercial, hospitality, and project environments.
- Assist with general labor, construction support, home maintenance projects, remodels, new builds, and restoration activities.
- Perform lawn care, groundskeeping, seasonal cleanup, and exterior property maintenance.
- Assist with event setup, teardown, decorating, and general event support.
- Organize work areas, stage materials, and maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and inventory.
- Run company errands and assist with operational support to help maintain efficient daily operations.
- Respond professionally to customer requests while providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, equipment, and materials, reporting shortages or maintenance needs to management.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines while performing assigned duties.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks and provide general assistance wherever needed to support the team and company operations.
