Ideal candidates would have the following experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in the roofing industry.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a strong desire to develop roofing skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members.
- Ability to follow directions, work independently, and collaborate within a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform demanding tasks and to lift 50 lbs repetitively.
