Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Roof Cleaner & Gutter Installer to join our team. This position requires previous experience working on roofs and ladders, performing roof cleaning, gutter installation, and exterior maintenance services.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and capable of producing high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Install seamless aluminum gutter systems and downspouts.
- Measure, cut, and install gutters, elbows, outlets, and accessories.
- Perform roof cleaning, moss removal, and moss treatment applications.
- Clean gutters and downspouts.
- Perform gutter repairs and minor fascia repairs as needed.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Load and unload materials and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
- Communicate professionally with customers on job sites.
- Follow all company safety procedures, including ladder and fall protection requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with roof cleaning and gutter installation is required.
- Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and at heights.
- Valid Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
