Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced AP/AR Specialist to manage daily financial operations: Quickbooks, reconciling accounts, job costing and progress reports, AIA forms, audits, payroll, supplier accounts and project spending, invoicing, supporting executives with reporting and financial insights, and more.
Qualifications
- 3 years of QuickBooks Online/Desktop experience
- Strong knowledge of A/P, A/R, job costing
- Excellent communication & attention to detail
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field preferred
