What The Position is About:
- Lead the sales team across two markets to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster (looking to grow the team)
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
- Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
- Lead weekly sales meetings
- Run solo leads secondary to managing the sales organization
- Develop and implement sales strategies and process to increase market share and customer base
- Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
- Travel between the two markets based on team needs
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Strong retail sales background
- Proven sales leadership experience
- Experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
- Experience scaling a sales organization
Salary : $175,000
