What The Position is About:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Manage the Project Manager, Assistant Project Managers, and the Shop Manager while supporting the Superintendents, field employees, and Regional Operations leadership
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer, contractor, and project concerns
- Improve operational processes, production KPIs, safety programs, and overall efficiency
- Assist in resolving operational and field-related challenges to maintain productivity
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to the team, offering continuous coaching and mentoring to optimize performance and professional growth
- Coordinate with sales, estimating, safety, technology, and corporate leadership to ensure alignment with overall business goals
- Create a high performance culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Commercial roofing operations experience
- Proven leadership experience making branch-level decisions

Salary : $90,000 - $140,000
