What you will be doing

• Run 3–4 commercial roofing projects at once
• Lead crews on site and drive daily execution
• Plan schedules, materials, and site activity week to week
• Work closely with PMs, GCs, and clients
• Own safety, quality, and productivity across jobs
• Be the point of accountability in the field

What you’ll need

• Experience in commercial flat roofing (TPO, EPDM, PVC)
• Proven ability to run multiple sites at once
• Strong planning and scheduling capability
• Comfortable leading crews and owning site performance
• Based in Ohio or have strong ties to relocate
