Position Summary
The Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day safety, quality and productivity of all team members staffed on assigned projects and ensuring that the project scheduled for completion is executed as planned.

Key Performance Objectives
- Safety Compliance. Communicate and monitor safe work practices and environment with zero recordable incidents.
- Project Documentation. Adhere to established processes for documenting and tracking essential project activities to ensure proper planning, organization, and management of risk
- Day-to-Day Project Oversight. Manages day-to-day project activities and coordination of trades to maintain the construction schedule to ensure on-time project completion.
- Project Communication & Coordination. Facilitates effective on-site communication of project requirements, status, and changes to ensure smooth-running projects that exceed Customer expectations.
- Project Alignment. Align project requirements and construction details to accurately complete projects in accordance with specifications and expectations of Owners.
Responsibilities
- Maintains a clean, organized, and professional jobsite at all times.
- Establishes and prioritizes workflow in alignment with the project schedule and Project Managers direction.
- Owns the development and ongoing management of the three‑week look‑ahead schedule, coordinating with Project Managers and trade partners to sequence work, resolve constraints, anticipate risk, and drive reliable weekly execution.
- Manages the procurement log in partnership with the project team.
- Leads pre-installation and other project meetings. Reviews critical information, follows up on action items, and ensures proper documentation of details within ProCore for Trade Partners.
- Leads weekly on-site Foremen and Superintendent meetings utilizing ProCore.
- Works with the Project Manager to evaluate and approve trade partner submittals and change order tickets against construction documents and original contracts..
- Performs and documents required jobsite safety paperwork and inspections including
- Identifies, documents, and communicates weather impacts, delays, backcharges, and non‑conforming work in coordination with the Project Manager to protect schedule and cost outcomes.
- Maintains accurate, timely, and descriptive daily logs, photo documentation, RFIs, and as‑built drawings within Procore in accordance with company standards.

What we are looking for in a Candidate
- 7-10 years construction experience with a minimum of 3 years in a Superintendent role required
- Four-year college degree in related field preferred
- Excellent blueprint and specification reading ability
- Knowledge of construction engineering, specifically applicable zoning, building, electrical and mechanical codes and ordinances
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Microsoft outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam and Primavera Suretrack, etc
- Procore experience a plus

Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
