Position: Commercial Roofing Sales (Uncapped Commission)

Location: Gardena, CA

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 Uncapped Commission & Benefits

The opportunity:

This position is for a strong commercial roofing salesperson who wants more backing, more structure, and a larger growth potential. You’ll be joining an early-stage PE-backed platform in Southern California, backed by established brands, strong operations, and real acquisition capital. The platform is investing in sales now because the existing companies have strong reputations but want to expand their sales function even further.

The business is intentionally shifting its sales culture toward true hunters who generate pipeline, not order takers relying on inbound leads. If you can build relationships, identify opportunities, and close work, the earning potential is significant. You will have autonomy in the market, operational backing from an experienced team, and the stability of a financially disciplined contractor.

The role:

You’ll take ownership of business growth, identify and present opportunities that expand market share and drive long-term revenue. Your book of business combined with ability to network, build relationships will allow you to create lasting value for your clients and support the company's continued growth.

What we are looking for:

· Proven sales experience with a track record of winning new business

· Competitive mindset motivated by targets, performance, and earnings

· Strong hunter mentality; prospecting, opening doors, and building pipeline

· Commercial construction or roofing sales experience preferred but not essential

· Able to meet clients on site, inspect roofs, and take ownership of the full sales cycle
