Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Palmdale, CA. The Salesperson will identify and qualify prospective customers, schedule meetings and site visits, and present Precision Labs Calibration’s services to organizations across industries. Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing quotes and proposals, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in a CRM system. The role involves collaborating closely with technical and operations teams to understand calibration capabilities, timelines, and pricing so that customer expectations are set clearly. The Salesperson will also attend industry events as needed, support account management, and contribute feedback on market trends and customer needs.

- Strong relationship-building, customer service, and account management skills, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, email, and basic office productivity tools to manage pipelines, track activities, and prepare quotes.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including experience delivering presentations and negotiating agreements.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working toward measurable sales targets and deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site in Palmdale, CA, and travel locally to customer locations, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
